The Executive – Strategies & Operations will be responsible for day-to-day execution and coordination of business operations, plant activities, procurement follow-ups, regulatory documentation, and project tracking. This role is primarily execution-focused, ensuring that all plans, approvals, and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time through strong coordination with internal teams and vendors.

  • Oversee contract labor compliance to maintain regulatory standards.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and adeptly resolve conflicts.
  • Formulate and implement employee recognition and rewards initiatives.
  • Oversee general administration tasks within the organization.

3. Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular market evaluations to gauge the efficacy of compensation packages.
  • Supervise payroll processes, guaranteeing precision and punctuality in payroll execution.

4. Training and Professional Growth:

  • Identify training requisites and design impactful learning and development initiatives.
  • Drive leadership development endeavors and strategize for future talent progression.
  • Provide guidance through coaching and mentoring, elevating employee career paths.
