Job Description:
- Managing inward and outward in stores.
- Coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/ max/ buffer).
- Preparing GRN on regular basis and ensuring proper material inward after QC.
- Stocking in warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
- Managing / selling waste with the help of maintenance head.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations.
- Maintaining housekeeping of store Area.
- Must able to work on SAP.
- Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis.
- Manage purchase of consumables and report for inventory variance to purchase officer.
- Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records, Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
- Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.
- Transfer between stores/sites.
- Managing multiple warehouse of both Unit 1 & Unit 2 as and when required.
- Must be able to handle engineering, RM, FG & general store.
- Open to work on instruction of Manager & Head as and when Required
- Flexible approach toward work allocation.
- Maintaining records of physical stock in coordination with production Manager.
