Experience: Minimum 4 Yrs. Of Relevent Experience
Qualification: BE, B.Tch/ME. M.Tech, B.Sc./M.sc ( Chemistry)
Job Description:
- Standardization of SOPs and workflow for conducting QC tests.
- Knowledge of Handling Instrument like HPLC, GC etc.
- Ensure Maintain document Of Qc department.
- Ensuring daily calibration of all lab instruments as per schedule.
- Training and development activities.
- Supports function to prepare SOPs and guidelines and prepare SOPs.
- Makes a schedule of audit and execute.
- Ensure Quality parameters are follow.
- Monitor and update the daily QA related activities.
- Monitor ISO, Ecovadis related activities.
- Performing plant QA activities.
- QA checks of finished product at Dispatch/Export
- Preparing TDS, MSDS & COA of product
- Preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform Internal audits on monthly frequency
- Review of Batch Manufacturing Record and other plant records.
- Handling of customer complaints
- Coordinating with sales department and provide customer required documents.
- Handling customer queries and filling customer questionnaires
