Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager QC to oversee and ensure the quality control processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with hands-on experience in standardizing SOPs and workflows for conducting QC tests.
Must Have:
1. Quality Control Procedures:
- Standardization of SOPs and workflows for conducting QC tests to maintain consistent and reliable quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, etc., to ensure accurate and precise testing results.
- Daily calibration of all laboratory instruments as per schedule to uphold the accuracy of test results.
2. Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintaining and organizing all documents related to the QC department to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Ensuring the availability and proper storage of all retention samples for each dispatch batch in adherence to SOPs.
3. Training and Development:
- Training and mentoring new chemists, providing guidance before assigning independent activities.
4. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborating with the production team and suggesting corrections or alterations to meet specifications or standard samples.
- Timely release of raw materials for production and finished goods for dispatch, escalating deviations to higher authorities or sales coordinators.
